Shipping policy

We provide worldwide shipping through reliable couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more. For standardized products, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. For bespoke/customized items, shipping costs will be calculated separately after your order is confirmed.

Additional costs may occur for deliveries outside the European Union, like transfer fees, exchange rate fees, customs duties or import taxes. These costs are not our responsibility and must be borne by you.

Unless indicated otherwise, we ship items within 1-2 days after placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). For Central EU, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days. If your shipping weight exceeds 20kg, the package will be shipped through freight forwarding or courier services like DHL or FedEx. Tracking number and estimated time of delivery will be provided as per their terms.

Shipping duration worldwide varies based on location and could take about 1-2 weeks by air, excluding customs clearance.
