REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our return and refund policy is in compliance with the laws and regulations of the European Union. Customers have the right to return items purchased within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns with return ID clearly on outside. In addition, it is imperative for other types of returns, that a RMA form is filed. This can be found here;
Products installed or showing signs of have been installed are not eligible for a refund. The refund will include the initial cost of the product. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, customers have the right to a full refund or replacement. Customers must inform us of the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or returns for personalized or bespoke items.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items once we receive it.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of reviewing the returned item. If the refund is delayed for any reason, we will notify the customer of the delay and provide a new timeframe for the refund.
