Limited Product Warranty

B2 Audio provides a limited product warranty under specific terms. The product must be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use within a year from the original purchase  date. 

This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of a B2 audio product bought from an AUTHORIZED B2 audio Dealer. For service, the purchaser is required to provide B2 audio with a receipt containing the customer’s name, dealer’s name, product information, and purchase date. Should a product be determined defective during the warranty period, B2 audio will repair or replace it with a comparable product at their discretion.

Amplifiers

The amplifier is covered by the above terms and needs to be installed by an authorized B2 Audio dealer or installed in accordance with the dealer’s suggestions.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper operation and installation, water/solvents, and shipping.
2. Product modification, neglect, failure to follow installation instructions, and misrepresentation by the seller.
3. Products used beyond the specifications of the product for competition purposes.
4. Opened or repaired products by anyone else but a B2 Audio authorized repair center.
5. Products that have had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed.
6. Shipping the product back for repair to an authorized repair center and the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.

Subwoofers & Loudspeakers

The general limited warranty applies to subwoofers and loudspeakers; however, it does not cover:

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper operation and installation, water/solvents, and shipping.
2. Damage caused by amplifier clipping or distortion.
3. Burnt voice coils, tinsel leads, or similar damage caused by powering the driver improperly.
4. Opened or repaired products by anyone else but a B2 Audio authorized repair center.
5. Products that have had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed.
6. Shipping the product back for repair to an authorized repair center and the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.
