ELSQ 61 – Affordable Accuracy
Imagine an upgrade to your OEM system that is on par with more expensive component sets while leaving money in your pocket, that sums it up for the new ELSQ 61 speaker kit.
With an extended frequency response it now offers even better sound in the lower audible range, giving you a warmer, more natural sound in the lower end.
The revised 12 dB crossover uses a custom branded, low tolerance & high voltage capacitor & precision wound air core inductor. Fine tuning of the tweeter can be done with the 3 step attenuation inside the filter from -2 dB, 0 dB to +2 dB.
To improve the sound further, gone is the polypropulene cones favored by others, instead we opted for more natural sounding coated paper, the natural selection by many purists.
We redesigned the tweeter, enabling faster & easier installs in most oem systems. If your aim is to get further into the era of SQL, but without having to deal with customization off your car, the obvious choice is ELSQ 61, the speaker kit that offers more than expected.
